Horrible. Damaged my imported furniture. Took them in his truck on pretext of repairing and never came back . Stopped responding to calls or msgs. 7 hour delay in showing up after numerous phone calls on moving day. , after that his men took their own sweet time moving and damaging my stuff. Never recommending him to anybody
Set up date with Marcus for move from my storage unit to my house & I was ghosted by them on the day of the move? No response to calls or texts. Not sure what happened but really wanted to keep it local
I hired Marcus the 1st time to move a curio cabinet that went smooth. I paid him as agreed. No problem, I hired him the 2nd time as no being honest a safe over 500lbs to go in the basement. First quote 200.00 I had to wait for Home Depot to get it right. So with everything going up I call him and then tells me 300.00 so we worked it to be $250.00. Scheduled some help moving heavy things into a storage container. Got a call from a number registered to Downpours Coffee, so ignored it. Appointment no-shows. Called main line to ask, guy mumbles about his phone getting hacked and a check getting flagged so the guy couldn't get a car out of impound. Rescheduled for that evening, no show again.
