Cody is responsive, quick, competent and simply awesome. He has fixed several things in our RV, always like right before we are supposed to go camping. He has jumped through hoops to get us on the road.
Great service at a fair price. He is usually busy but trust me it's worth the wait. If someone can get to me right away usually means they are not that good.
I had a problem with my hot water heater (caused by myself, don't forget to fill the tank after you flush it!!) Cody went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule, even though he was very busy. He showed up, had us fixed in short order. Cleaned rust and stuff out of the unit that I didn't know could cause more problems in the future. Great guy, fast service, great price. I installed a new hot water heater in my rv. My old one had a leak after the cold spill. So I purchased a new and installed it my self. Having a situation where I would get hot water for a few seconds and cools off, didn't know what to do so I called the manufacturer about the problem, they told me they would pay for for a certified service so I started calling rv mobile services, left message a received a text to come and look at it. This outfit is now our 'go-to' for RV repair when we visit in this area. He calmly explained, over the phone, how to make a repair. It worked. I offered to compensate him but he refused to accept, saying he was just glad to help.
