I installed a new hot water heater in my rv. My old one had a leak after the cold spill. So I purchased a new and installed it my self. Having a situation where I would get hot water for a few seconds and cools off, didn't know what to do so I called the manufacturer about the problem, they told me they would pay for for a certified service so I started calling rv mobile services, left message a received a text to come and look at it. This outfit is now our 'go-to' for RV repair when we visit in this area. He calmly explained, over the phone, how to make a repair. It worked. I offered to compensate him but he refused to accept, saying he was just glad to help.
I can see why this company has a 5 star review. I haven't even used this guy for any services yet but I was having trouble with our water heater and I happened to see him at a gas station and talked to him for a few minutes. Me and my wife were taking cold showers for a little over a month and after only a few minutes of talking with Cody we now have hot water to take showers with. Cody, put an awning over our 12ft slide out and hooked up a new hot water heater. He also did all repairs needed on our roof. He did a great job
Cody is an awesome family man that does great repair work. He is honest and knows his business. He does everything with excellence and doesn’t quit till he finishes what he starts. If he has to get a part he won’t leave you hanging but will find away to sustain you till he can complete the job. You won’t find a better Rv guy that you can trust. We recommend Cody to anyone that needs their Rv worked on.
