Tyler is awesome, I called him knowing nothing about ponds needing one cleaned out myself. Tyler is located over a hour away so I sent him videos and pictures of what I needed done and with misleading info on the depth and amount of sludge that would need cleaned out. Tyler could have easily took my word and gave me a over the phone bid going off the info I provided which was wrong.
