I saw Dr Ruby for an injured finger that I had gone to the Washington hospital ER the previous Sunday but didn’t seem to improving much. My experience with him was great, asking & listen to my self-injury accident. He gave me a dressing that is more practical and more helpful giving healing treatment and best way for me to be an active participant in the healing.
