FRAUD. Bait and switch. The front desk phone number is outsourced to an overseas virtual assistant answering system. The people do answer the phone tells you incorrect information about the hotels prices, policies, and fees. They misquote fees and rates. When you arrive at the hotel the family who owns the property and manages it then tell you that the rate has changed and that the virtual assistant was wrong but they will not honor the incorrect information that THEIR SERVICE fraudulently communicates to you as the customer... read more

We received a warm welcome at reception when we arrived. They let us into our room early which was a bonus. The room was large with 2 queen beds. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard and are very modern and clean. Bedding was fresh and new bedding. Bathroom was large and fresh. Good location for visiting the city. Only 10 mins drive away. This has been the best hotel that we have stayed at so far on our road trip. Highly recommended. Staff and owners very friendly. Excellent rooms, but we received the room at half the rate I'm showing. The rate to book it was twice what I paid a week ago. I don't understand the price. It was GREAT for the price I paid, but not worth the $200.00 I see them asking for. It's too easy to get a good room for almost half that, elsewhere. I stayed one night. It was right off the interstate we were using on our way to another destination. The room was GREAT, the front desk very helpful in getting us set up for another night in our next town.
