My family and I had a wonderful stay, the beds were very comfortable, minimal noise despite it being near the hwy and the ladies at check in and check out were the sweetest. The parking did get very full at night. When I asked the gentleman at around 11pm, if it was okay to park where I did, he was rude about his answer. He could have just simply said yes or no. Otherwise, they stay was pleasant. Thank you all for an amazing stay! ☺️
Water from the storm came in through the window well faster than the drain could handle. Finished basement with carpet. I was sure we'd lose the whole floor. They were there within the hour of me calling, extracted the standing water, and evaluated whether the carpet could be dried in place. It was. Back to normal in 4 days. I had told my wife to mentally prepare to replace the carpet. She didn't have to.
