Great view. Bed was comfy but no breakfast and the coffee was awful not worth the 130$
This room was nasty. Stains on comforter, sheets were ripped. Mold on the ceiling. The hot tub is in the room constantly ran. There was no breakfast and after all that I’m not sure I would have wanted it. DO NOT STAY THERE.
We checked in and immediately checked out. The staff member at front desk was extremely disrespectful. He was on his phone (using earbuds) interacting with someone else and ignoring guests trying to check in and ask questions. We were obviously interrupting his game. We went to the room once we finally got checked in and the room smelled awful, there was a dead bug on the sheet next to the pillow and the bathroom was the smallest room I have ever seen. Where do I begin???? Me and my wife checked in on Friday for a 4 day stay. When we got to our room it was a bit humid so my wife turned on the AC. It took the AC FOREVER to cool down the room because it halfway worked. The fridge wouldn’t stay cold. The freezer didn’t work. It melted our ice cream we had. The hotel room only came with 1 roll of toilet paper. My wife had to go get more. Our last day on our stay me and my wife decided to take a nap.
