The location of this hotel was perfect for the event we drove into town for. Although we were sadly let down when we found out that not only was the hot tub, and pool 'out of order' but also there was no breakfast offered and these were the main selling points that we booked minus the location. The sheets were only top sheets and not fitted and there was only a thin cover and no blankets. The AC unit wouldnt let us adjust the temperature and there was no microwave in our room either. Aggressive staff, doesn't understand the situation and is rude
This is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed, Room was dirty, the sheets stained, furniture outdated and severely damaged, Pool and jacuzzi out of service since Covid according to the front desk clerk
