My stay here for 9 days was great, very kind staff and my room was nice and quiet. If I needed anything staff was very attentive and helped right away. Thank you so much I will stay here again in the future.
The hotel is advertised everywhere as being open 24 hours, we got there at 1AM (with a reservation) and nobody was there, no doorbell to ring and they would not answer our calls and messages. While this was going on there was a shady looking guy staring at us in the parking lot, after about an hour of trying we gave up and went to the best western nextdoor, if you’re gonna stay in Ridgecrest I would advise you to go there, it’s more expensive but the quality more than makes up for it.

Room was Disgustingly and just in extremely poor condition floor panels were all duct tapped along the seams and filthy various bugs crawling around and also had roaches curtains and bed was filthy and the bathroom was awful and were majority of the roaches were located all over the walls also the manager was extremely rude and aggressive they also are most likely scamming guest who book online so please do not pre book online for this place because it’s non refundable and you will be turned away without any explanation
