Will sitting at desk moved my shoes and I killed 3 roaches. Later killed another in corner of room. Later got out of bed and two roaches where on floor. They ran under the bed. When we left next day we opened our backpack with our tablets and out cam a roach. Room smelled and hallway smelled like fabulous deodorant
LIZ!!! She is the reason for this five star review. I hope her manager realizes what a true gem they have in her. I had a problem with hotels.com that they were extremely unhelpful with. I spoke to Liz twice, explained the situation and she cleared it up without hesitation. It is rare you find professionalism and kindness/compassion combined in one person. But she has that special gift. She didn't know me from Adam. But chose to help me anyway. I will be stopping by on my way to New Orleans next weekend to bring her somethin... read more
Very nice room for the price. However, there was no smoke detector so if that’s important to you, make sure you check and ask for another room if there isn’t one.
Got there room had roaches moved to another room still had rodents , front desk lady rude (the one with one arm) . Very rude ! Loud noise, smell of marijuana and cigarettes .
Booked and Stayed here and for some reason we got a room at the Quality Inn and not the Suburban Studios?? False advertisement!! Photos look nothing like the hotel.
