The sheets were clean, beds comfortable (and quiet), water hot and plentiful, and parking free. That said, the room was not well maintained. The exhaust fan did not work, carpet was stained (but clean), and there were only three outlets in the room. All things considered, it was an okay room and got us the good nights rest close to the zoo at an affordable cost, like we wanted.
Constant road noise and from the parking as well. But room clean and equipped with all essentials (water, electricity, wifi 😅).
I talked with the woman at the front desk on the phone before booking here and she was very friendly. The same woman assisted me at check in the following day, she was friendly, cheerful and handed me a complementary bottle of water. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of my experience here. The room I was placed in smelled like cigarette smoke, it gave me a headache and hurt my chest the two nights I stayed here.
