We booked a suite with a kitchen for 3 nights We were given a standard room and said the manager changed our reservation for no reason given. Other odd explanations were given with no clear answer on a resolution. After pressing the next morning they said they could all of a sudden get us a room with a kitchenette by noon. I'm glad they got us a room but the fact that it happened and getting a solution felt like pulling teeth.
By far the best Rodeway Inn I have ever stayed in. Clean rooms, friendly staff, laundry facilities. VERY impressed. Would stay here again.
Service was good. First they gave us a room, which was not ready. But there was no problem to change to another ready room. The room was okay. The mattress was to soft for us and the walls between the rooms are thin, so we could here the talkings of our neighbors for the half of the night.
Would give it a 4.5 stars..but can't so it's a 5. Only drawback-weak wifi. Room itself was large; the bathroom was a bit odd shaped but had a full tub/shower and everything worked fine-and it was clean! This is an older property that is very well maintained; as noted above very clean, good mattress, things well kept and hotel quiet. Plenty of parking.
