Stayed here after a few days of hiking and had a really nice time! There aren’t too many frills but the rooms have all the necessities. They were clean, comfortable, responsibly priced, and had panoramic views of the White Mountains. The location is a short drive from downtown Lincoln and there’s a connivence store a 4 minute walk down the street. Would stay there again!

Turn on Saturday the 25th at 4 PM and I checked out our around 7:30 PM. I made a complaint that I had absolutely no warm water whatsoever to take a shower. I had no Wi-Fi. There were dead bugs all in the room. It was absolutely disgusting when I turned the AC on I had black blow into my face. I waited after the hotel manager said that she would check the boilers and I still had absolutely no hot water. I paid $170 for one night. I’ve been having issues trying to get my money back. This is a ok place to stay. Rooms are clean,but have a smell to them when you get in your room.. Beds need a change out on the mattress.. Internet was very slow and you would need to reconnect a few times..
