We picked the place looking for an available non-smoking room, but the room still smelled like smoke. They close their offices early (7 PM), so if you arrive late you have to wait for them to come back just to check in, something like half an hour. Their actual prices are much higher than advertised online, and only partially due to credit card fees. In addition to closing early, their offices open late (8 AM, although they didn't really come until half an hour later), meaning you are probably stuck staying that late anyway ... read more
This place is a dump. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 30 minutes for the person to come (after calling them several times). The location is subpar and the rooms are dingy. Definitely do not recommend.
Awesome, stay, thank you very much. Staff at the roadway staff at the suburban. Beautiful stay I'm a handicap man. And they helped me out with everything they brought me towels they were quick to service me and my family? Very courteous front desk the staff that even up to the maids. Everybody, thank you very much for the stay really appreciate it!!
