I got here on July 29th around 7 pm tired so exhausted I passed out the man working the night shift good looking man but rude couldn't even let me borrow a chair nor sit in the waiting room. The cleaning lady was great left the room spotless and she works hard while the other employeess in charge do not much. For it being last minute check in and affordable and the room was clean
I am very unhappy with my horrific and rude and unprofessional experience I have gone through at Rodeway inn - Carson. The front desk person that was at the front desk wouldn’t give me his name and said to call him CH that is very rude. They state that I ruined the room with oil I didn’t have any oil and what’s funny about that is if I ruined the room why is it already booked to another person?
