Made a reservation with hotels.com on December 30, 2023, for this hotel. It was for 2 nights in preparation for the solar eclipse. When we got there, we were informed by the manager that he personally had cancelled our reservation with hotels.com because we had not prepaid, and he could not guarantee a second night because he was booked up for the special event.
