I made my reservation through Booking.com and received a confirmed booking. When I arrived, the staff member told me that there was no reservation, even though I tried to show my Booking.com confirmation. The staff member refused to review my confirmation and insisted that my card had not been charged, even though Booking.com showed that the payment had already been processed. It is a very cheap motel if you want to stay in Chicago on a budget,it is very basic but it's perfectly ok and in a decent location with plenty to eat and drink nearby. It has air con/heating and drinks maker plus free Wi-Fi
