Rente un cuarto por casi 3 meses por cuestiones de trabajo, mi renta se cubría semanalmente lunes a lunes, pero un fin de semana decidí ir a mi casa( viernes por la tarde) pasar tiempo com mis hijos asi que tome mis cobijas y almohadas y mis pertenencias para lavar en casa cuando regreso el domingo en la noche o sorpresa mi llave no abría el cuarto y era obvio estaba ocupado por alguien mas, espero a el lunes y me dice acabo de rentar tu cuarto tu renta se venció hoy y yo molesto le dije no lo rentaste hoy estoy aqui desde a... read more

The hotel guy did not refund me for their dirty bloody rooms, the people next to our room was smoking pot and literally throwing up infront of our window. He said he issued a refund but a week later and nothing so I called him and he said to call the cops then hung up. Absolutely disgusting place.

I booked a room for three nights, we showed up and opened the door and there was BLOOD on the walls, back of the door and two bloody foot prints! Cables had been pulled out of the wall and the fridge was broken. I was mortified! I'm 8 months pregnant with two children, this was unacceptable! He has lied about my refund for almost a week! Booked online days fully refundable but they leave out the part it has to be in 24 hrs. Even though we tried to cancel a month ahead of time. Owner was very rude and hung up on me and refuse to respond or refund. Update they said they would issue a refund still have not received it. Dishonest on top of awful customer service would not use this place.
