Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos shown on the website. The property was unclean and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the guy/girl at the front desk had a strong odor of marijuana and seemed either under the influence or not very smart. We were given room keys that didn’t work, and after returning to the front desk, even the clerk couldn’t get them to function. Cheap and cheerful good price, great location, kindness was great as well. Breakfast was decent, something for everyone. A good end to a fabulous day.
The hotel is fabulous, the whole family member of the manager Mr.Hise are artists. I extend my stay to enjoy the boating of blue mesa reservoir there. The experience of hotel stay and the reservoir is really a great memory.
Great location! Nice clean rooms! This would be my choice for future trips to Gunnison!
Convenient but pricey for where it's at. Breakfast didn't start until too late. Had leave early and the keycard couldn't get best back in our own room and there's no one in the office. Thank goodness we didn't leave anything in our room. For half the price I would give it a five star.
