This was an amazing last minute save, had a blow out in my work vehicle and had to get a hotel while the vehicle was worked on, was able to extend the stay at price match. They helped me out with my luggage too.
Right off the highway. Staff less than helpful. When I arrived I discovered my reservation had already been checked into. When I questioned that I was uncertain why this was the front desk agent made me a key to "my" room and said he just got here and has no idea. I proceeded down the hall to the room. When I opened the door the bed had a pile of sheets and a blanket atop, the vanity light was luminous yet when I called out no response returned. The front desk was rude, “You’ll figure it out,” when I asked how to get to my room. When we got into the room- it was not clean. The free breakfast! A loaf of bread and some lukewarm coffee!
