Pretty sure they sold my information to scammers. Stayed there friday. Monday morning I got almost 20 spam calls. The main tell is when I checked in the staff asked me to write down my name and number so they can call if theres an issue. I didnt write down my government name and now all the spam callers are asking for that name.

Worst experience of my life. Dude at front desk tried to get me to pay again after I already paid on line and still argued with me after I showed him the receipt. Booked a handicap room because its difficult to climb stairs but told me because I booked at 830 and checked in at 930 it was no longer available. Rooms are dirty but the ac works so there's that but would encourage to not try this place and I for sure won't be back.

Bedbugs! They would not even give points for my terrible experience. Dirty rooms and poor management.

There was a strong odor and my room felt unclean so much that I was checking for her bugs. The tv wasn't working, so I called the front desk from my personal phone because there was no phone in the room and the staff member kept disregarding what I was telling her. I walked down to the front desk not once but twice before she decided to help. Now onto the ac, I turned the air on as soon as I made it into the room, there's no way that hours have passed and it's still not cooling off in the room. It became very stuffy in there... read more
