Dirty, but cheap This hotel is cheap. That is its best quality. The air conditioning works, the staff will place an in-room refrigerator for a small fee, and the staff is friendly. That said, the rooms are dirty. Whenever the room was cleaned, I found long hairs left behind (presumably by the maids). The tubs in every room we stayed in (we moved around over several weeks) were clogged. The toilet didn't flush properly.
