Dr Warren and his staff are always able to take great care of my needs and questions. Appreciate all that they do for me.
Waited 4 months for my mom’s appointment to only be contacted the day before her appointment saying he didn’t have time to see her. Rescheduled her appointment out for 6 months later. This is totally unacceptable.
Dr. Warren is not my personal doctor but he was my sister's neurologist for 20+ years. She was diagnosed with epilepsy at a young age and recently passed away on December 6, 2024. She had a terrible seizure back in July '24 that sent her to the hospital when my mother and I found her on her couch at home. The hospital stay lasted a week. I have been going to him for past 16 years. He has help with my fight with MS. I can absolutely be honest with him how I feel. Takes the time to listen. Is there to help in every situation.
