as far as I can tell, they lied to me, and then tried to steal from me by charging me for work that I never approved, and quoting me prices at one point, and then allegedly sending me invoices (which I never received) for more than we had agreed to. when I showed what was either a whole bunch of fraud or a massive amount of miscommunication to Mr. Rod Moe himself, he had them dump me and my small business right in the middle of tax season, screwing me over royally. Absolutely atrocious and dishonest people. They kept doing things that cost extra without checking with me first and then sending me an invoice. I had to get them to agree, in writing, to stop doing that. So what happens? January rolls around, and they send me another $400 invoice for my personal taxes. You know, the stuff that you can do for free on the IRS website.
