Very shady place to deal with. I ordered a western hat from their online site (thankfully using PayPal) and a few days passed and the order still showed that the order had not been filled. I called and spoke with a young man who tried to say that they tried to call me but that I must have entered my phone number wrong. He offered me a different style but I said no, I want a full refund. He agreed to the refund but here we are 5 days later and still no confirmation of said refund being issued and they suddenly don't answe... read more
