Stopped by for a felt hat for the colder months and was greeted by several kind employees who walked me to the hat section. They gave me a rundown of their products and recommendations as this was my first hat. I then met with the hat shaper who was providing great suggestions and recommendations, and he even offered to sharpen up my newly purchased hat. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for my Western clothing needs!
