The employees are very friendly, but the inventory organization is simply awful. I asked for three different boots, and none of the employees knew where anything was. You'd see one boot, and when you checked the box, it was a different boot. They never found the boots I wanted, so I just left.

Some employees there don’t know what customer service means and ridiculous that you can not return clothing that was X-mas gift and never used because “it was born in December “ according to employee at register.
Employee told me “you don’t need this you need a barber” when asked if they would help me pick a outfit out 😐
