Some employees there don’t know what customer service means and ridiculous that you can not return clothing that was X-mas gift and never used because “it was born in December “ according to employee at register.
Employee told me “you don’t need this you need a barber” when asked if they would help me pick a outfit out 😐
If I had the option to give them -10 stars I absolutely would without hesitation! I went in with my 2 daughters ages 4&6 and I’ve never been made so uncomfortable in a retail store like I did today .
