I have known rodeo Spas for many years. I saw some reviews down that do not describe them at all. It’s Always been a pleasure working with them. Very knowledgeable and does good work.
No one else either responded or politely declined to come out to work on our Jacuzzi bathtub. The exterior hatch is small 12x12. I honestly am impressed he was able to manage it without having to carve out a section of the exterior wall, but he removed the hatch frame and put it back after. He was able to get a little more room. Dave brought a pump just in case it was toast, but he also had the actual defective aerator circuit part that was blown on our pump. Fixed jacuzzi bathtub and leaking faucet. On time. Good communication. Took text pics to see problems and preplan visit. Available on weekend. Had parts on hand. Worked in a tight space. They put stupid 12x12 access hatches on these tubs. Dave is excellent.
Hot tub stopped working. We called Rodeo Spa Repair and Dave came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away for a very fair price. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and more knowledgeable regarding spa repair than any body I have dealt with in the past 20 years.
Dave did an amazing job fixing our hot tub. I would recommend him to all my friends.
