i live in Pendleton... the only thing going for this place is the internet service provider and even that is fluid (when they pay the bill). so here's the scoop from my experiences and acquaintance anecdotes: if you're going here to stay, don't. unless you're in dire straights (as in homeless looking for a monthly option), this place is not for you. theft is very high; master keys have been "lost" by people who have exchanged work for rent. leave nothing behind and block the door. police presence is very high; theft and drug... read more
