We will ALWAYS be grateful to Rodenroth Motors! We had MAJOR problems with our vehicle, and were facing not being able to head home on schedule. Recently purchased a truck for my business and couldn’t have been more pleased with how seamless Chris and Lisa made the experience. All I had to do was write the cheque. I was impressed with the processes they had in place that made it really easy. From the time I asked them to keep an out for the kind of vehicle I wanted to the actually purchase was only a few days. A very grateful shout out to the service staff today. We came off the Sugar Island ferry with quite a drop and jostle. Warning lights came on immediately that the parking brake and engine were malfunctioning. We called the dealership from the nearest parking lot. The service person suggested an easy test to reset sensors. Unfortunately, we did not have any tools in the SUV. Been taking my truck here for over 2 years now and almost every time I call the service department you’re met with a lady who always has an attitude and only wants to do the bare minimum effort. She can’t even stand up from her chair to get another person on the phone. It’s definitely getting really old and by the point she should just be fired.
