I've bought a couple cars from them a few year's ago and was somewhat pleased but something has changed with rodenroth and not for the better. I was true blue gm up until about 15 year's ago and went to Ford. Last fall my wife fell in love with a new vehicle on the rodenroth lot so we explored the finance options and decided to lease and what a huge mistake. Called for a oil change and tire rotation at 8:00a.m and got a 1:00p.m apt the same day. Great service and thanks to all.
Absolutely the best body shop/collision shop ever,, Jim was amazing!!!! Jim was all over the repair of our drivers side mirror that was damaged by vandalism.. We were expecting this repair to take a week or more and Jim had the parts and we were in and out under one hour!!!!!! Thank you so much for the help, you rock!!!
Never really been impressed with this place. The service department recently treated me like I was an Idiot for checking my oil. Then stated that its "normal" for my 2022 blazer to burn all of its oil between oil changes ...I got rid of the Chevy and got rid of dealing with this place.
