ZERO STARS, but google wouldn't give that option..My experience with the service department at Rodenroth Motors has been extremely frustrating. It took them an entire week just to diagnose the issue with my vehicle, and during that time they refused to provide a loaner vehicle or any transportation assistance. Sales Staff (Chris) was great when I bought my truck 3 years ago. Body shop (Jim) was great after a deer got me. Most recently the service department (Gene) was awesome. They were able to get me right in and even gave me the correct number to call to make sure I didn’t get charged for a tow. Thankfully, I bought an extended warranty from Chris and the repairs were covered. Thank you Rodenroth Motors.

Found a truck online at this dealership, requested pictures multiple times and asked specific questions to which I was told "we will get those today" every day for 5 busisness days. Called again multiple times over this time frame asking for information and was told "sorry we will get you those pictures" and then once again never recieved them... just to get a text the following week saying "truck sold". Will definitely not be working with this tactless company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. My vehicle is affected by a recall, yet the dealer refuses to honor it. I’ve experienced multiple problems directly related to the recalled part, and even an independent mechanic confirmed the issue matches the recall notice. Despite this, both GM and the dealership declined to cover the repair under the recall. I expected much better support and accountability from both the manufacturer and the dealer.
