Just an oil change today but, fast and friendly service!
ZERO STARS, but google wouldn't give that option..My experience with the service department at Rodenroth Motors has been extremely frustrating. It took them an entire week just to diagnose the issue with my vehicle, and during that time they refused to provide a loaner vehicle or any transportation assistance. Being left without a vehicle for that long while they were still determining the problem was incredibly inconvenient. Sales Staff (Chris) was great when I bought my truck 3 years ago. Body shop (Jim) was great after a deer got me. Most recently the service department (Gene) was awesome. They were able to get me right in and even gave me the correct number to call to make sure I didn’t get charged for a tow. Thankfully, I bought an extended warranty from Chris and the repairs were covered. Thank you Rodenroth Motors.
