Lee was very helpful in explaining the movements and answered my questions with good detail. He was very prepared for our lesson and easily adapts to my abilities. I really recommend this place.
Ive always wanted to improve my speed and learn how to sprint faster and more efficiently. Lee is so professional and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what my problem was and how to improve it. The gym was also very clean and had all the equipment needed. i would definitely come back and bring more of my friends here
Lee is the most knowledgable PT that I've ever come across. The gym is always clean and have the best equipment which makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend when wanting to improve in sports and overall health.
