I tried to buy a pool robot and the guy asked if my husband needed to come.
Great service at Rode Pool Services Ashgrove! I went in to book my pool robot for a service, but one of the young guys in the shop took the time to check it on the spot. We found a gum tree seed stuck in the belt, cleared it out, and the robot was working again straight away. He could have just booked it in and charged me, but instead he went above and beyond. That kind of honesty and customer care is why I’ll stay loyal and keep recommending them
These guys have been fantastic to work with. Steve one of the managers I believe has been awesome and knows his stuff. Very happy to have their help with my pool. Highly recommend them and the team.
Very helpful team, called for advice which they were happy to give over the phone and dropped in later that day for a new pool cleaner, which they had in stock and were happy to help with. Better service than other pool stores I’ve been to in the vicinity, I’ll be moving my business over to Rode moving forward.
These guys are great. Always helpful always friendly. They don’t try to upsell you, but are full of information when things go wrong.
