The work we have had done previous was good but unfortunately for him he's not at all accommodating for the customers needs on when to come, its all on his terms and it's Rory time or no time! When it comes to appointments as some people work shifts! also no chance of getting him on a weekend and very abrasive when it's not on his terns to the point where its find someone else to use,(his words) will not use again I hope this message helps other's.
I have used Rodal Heating as I had issues with the water/heating system, I thank you for the work you did for us. Very professional, friendly and very good service. I recommend them highly
Although we've used this guy before for annual boiler servicing, this week was the first time I've seen him in action. Firstly, this guy 'knows everything' and certainly isn't interested in anything you have to say, secondly, after witnessing him driving the inner boiler cover screws in at 30 degrees, personally I don't rate him very highly as an engineer (which, according to his business card is what he is). During visit he removed a part which was suspected as being faulty, said he'd have to order a new one and left. Came ... read more
