I was having trouble with my ignition and was recommended Rob Webb by my regular mechanic. I came in last minute on a Thursday before a long weekend. I spoke to Jason, who was friendly and straight forward with the problem. He gave me a honest quote and did the job the next day before the long weekend having never met me before. His efficiency and kindness was not unnoticed and I was charged less than his estimated quote after they fixed the problem as well. Was recommended to these guys. Will not use them again. Labor price was charged over $150 an hour for basic 2 hr job, invoice didn’t break down time or parts. Also had aircon ‘fixed’ 2 months ago on seperate car which is now not working again and making noise. Old bald guy was grumpy and unhelpful, seemed guilty of the price charged.
Great guys in this shop. Very helpful and do neat work. Thanks for your help. Happily use again and recommend.
