Let me join so many others and sing the praises of Rod's Mobile RV Service. The fridge in our 2015 Navion had stopped working. I found Rod with his perfect 5.0 customer reviews online and gave him a call. Left a message and Rod got back to us the same day and scheduled a service call for us the next day. Once he arrived and started digging in to diagnose the problem, I realized quickly that he knew exactly what he was doing. Rod did an outstanding job inspecting a trailer for me. It was in Prescott and I am in San Diego. Asked Rod to do an inspection and give me a honest assessment of the trailer overall. He gave it a thumbs up all systems go and trailer in great shape. He gave a honest write up and great price too. Very easy to work with unlike others. Purchased the trailer and extremely happy. I had a last minute no show on another company. I had a few issues and Rod took the patience and time to walk me through one of the issues. Finally had hot water. He came the next day and fixed my two issues, one I thought would be major. Excellent service, impeccable work. Super fair price for the work.
Rod is the best. He made room for my Casita TT in his schedule and gave me a window for arrival. Actually arrived a little early. Got right to work and solved my problem pretty quickly. Very friendly and professional. Obviously very knowledgeable. Charges were quite reasonable and handled via Zelle. Definitely recommend Rod's RV Service and Repair.
