Staff isn’t nice at all.
Horrible experience as a guest. Wrong key code on arrival in rain for 2 hours my girlfriend and son had to deal with. TV did not work most of the time. Another customer named Steve helped us. No manager on site the whole trip. When a manager was approached when we were leaving, I approached him . To be honest I did not know if he was a maintenance man or not because nobody was onsite besides the maid. We said we weren’t happy.
