I had my AC unit cover on my trailer badly damaged by a gust of wind driving out of Death Valley. I called and they had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, kind and efficient. I am super grateful I had a problem within driving distance of Rod Paulson.

I went in to purchase a part for my awning, the counter person told me in was not available any longer so I decided just to buy new. I ordered per his suggestion a 20’ electric awning with “white” arms and a slate blue faded canvas. $2500.00 estimated cost out the door. Every thing came in but the arms came in black instead of white. The mechanics said they were the wrong ones anyway for my application and they would reorder the correct arms, they came in and they were black as well.
