April and her team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. She was very organized, had good ideas to offer when discussing the plans, and she was a good communicator, especially when the subcontractors were going to come. We would highly recommend her to anyone for projects like this.
I hired 427 Builders for flooring installation, as well as an all-season room addition in 2024 to my home in Fennville, MI. This year, I hired them yet again for new roofs on the 3 structures (home, garage, storage unit).
