If i could give these people a 6 or even higher i would.. Josh and April were very helpful and went the extra mile by answering questions about the process of building a home and the order things get done The work was also very exceptional.. i mean i know my place was not very big but what they accomplished in three days was incredible..they are friendly down to earth people who i felt i trusted from start to finish . We are so excited at way it turn out and We will defiantly be calling for future projects!!!

We built a “barndaminium” with OBBINK builders, just as April Freeman had joined the team. She made the experience a positive one. She was incredibly responsive, experienced and knowledgeable She never tired of questions. She listened. Most of all, she was honest and realistic. The quality of the build was great. Should we one day expand this property, I would not hesitate for a moment hiring OBBINK builders again.

We built a house in 2023 with Rod Obbink Builders. We were remote most of the build process and that came with some initial trepidation. However, it was such an amazing build process. Our project manager, April Freeman, was absolutely amazing! This was our first build and she stepped us through each phase, kept us informed and handled all the issues. Our dream home became a reality in the timeframe that was set initially. Thrilled!
