Years back when we were living across state we needed to renovate our home as our family had grown. We had a friend at our church who was also a builder so we hired him. As time went by the transition was a friend became less a friend and our project was delayed and we eventually had to threaten to use the unpaid amount to hire another builder to finish. We had an excellent experience with 427 Builders. April and Josh were a joy to work with. The quality of workmanship was top-rate, and they kept to a good schedule--even getting us in as promised before Christmas! They worked carefully within our insurance to keep costs under control. I can't imagine a better building company in our area. Highly recommended!!

It has been two years since 427 added an apartment onto my home, and everything has stayed "tiptop" for the entire time. I have worked with 4 reputable builders over the years, and this is the first one that has not misled, neglected, or otherwise provided less than ideal work. 427 not only built the addition; they repaired past shoddy work on my home, leaving me with a beautiful, solidly constructed home. April & her team did an exceptional job renovating both my bathrooms. Couldn’t have been more professional, efficient and organized. End results are absolutely terrific! Highly recommend.
