The service at Loyola has gone down. First of all they don't have a followup or reminder to patients to get their blood work done r about the appointment, and even if you get it done the blood test before doctors visit, they do not make sure they have the results before seeing the doctor. I had my blood test almost two weeks before and they said they did not have the results in.
