We have used Window Designs a number of times over a period of some 30 years. Not only is Rod very product knowledgeable, he has been extreemly helpful and very creative in solving a number of very different window treatment situations. Fortunately, our service needs have been been minimal, but my wife recently called Rod reporting that the cord on a blind that he installed in 2002 had broken. Unreliable, game player. Told me he could repair a duette shade, came to our home, took the part that needed repair and never had any intention of returning to fix it. Instead told me to keep calling back and for 2months would tell me he would schedule a time and didn’t bother and still kept telling me to call back his cell phone I finally took my 8 foot wide shade to Bedford and they replaced and fixed the mechanism in 15 minutes
Why did we wait so long to purchase an awning? We wish we had this 4 years ago. From the first phone call to the final installation we've have had great service from Rod, Kiera and Andre. Rod explained everything about the awning before we said yes to the purchase. We love it so much we're going for a second one.
We had Rod design and install our electric window shades during a remodel five years ago. Great service and craftsmanship! I called yesterday with a little problem with one (caused by a negligence). He looked up my files and solved the problem with me in five minutes—over the phone!
I waited 10 months after the job was completed to write this review, but I wasn't planning on writing it either. Rod Ladman's install was done in January 2017, it is now almost December 2017. Why I waited so long? Because I rarely write reviews. I read them a lot but I don't have time and frankly interest to write them, there's enough people out there willing to do that...
