I just picked up a repair two of the three layered chains of my vermeil gold necklace broke and Rod repaired them beautifully. I think the necklace looks just as good as the day I bought it, probably almost 10 years ago!
I would love to give this place a good review considering it’s in my hometown and I like supporting local businesses. Unfortunately I can’t. I left a message for them the 1st day about having a custom pendant made. They send a text back saying someone will contact me shortly. Well that day goes by no contact. Next day I send another 2 messages. No response at all. Here we are day 3 and no one has reached out what so ever. This place must be booming with business because they surely don’t seem to need mine. What a joke!
