We were returning from Christmas in NYC to Chicago when we had a cooling fan go bad on our Prius and it was were overheating. We were stuck. It was 4pm on a Monday. They told us a day or two to get it fixed. Owner bumped another customer and stayed late to get us on the road that day. Amazing customer service! He saved us. I could not recommend this business more. They were more than fair and we got home safely to Chicago with no problems.
Introduced by my neighbor to go to his uncle working place [Rockaway] to assist evaluating the root cause of the popping noise in 2011 Acura RDX. On July 23, 2025 - Visited the auto service without an appointment and met with the owner [Mr. Arturo] who performed the evaluation as stated above with his associate. Arturo informed me that the popping noise due to defective front swaybar links. He also provided a tip how-to diagnostic for sure about the defective parts.
