I couldn't give a better review James made time to check our car out when he was clearly busy took him no time at all we are very appreciative.
Had booked the vehicle in,and when I arrived on time ,I was told, my booking had been cancelled due to work load. I could have been given notice of the cancellation instead of being told once I got there. I accept that unforseen priorities and circumstances occur, however in these instances the customer needs to be contacted before arriving and rebooked rather then just being turned away.
Awesome service. Was able to fit me in at short notice on both occasions where I've needed to use him so far. Was very efficient, reasonably priced and fixed the issue with both vehicles super promptly. Assisted with AC regassing (it's now super beautifully cold) and then an issue with a different vehicle's pump wiring. Thanks!
