Kaylin Ermel and her team are phenomenal. My husband and I have 4 businesses between us. We honestly don’t know where we’d be without this group. They even handle our payroll. Hands down the best we’ve ever seen!
I really liked them for the first year. After that period, there were issues with the IRS almost quarterly and they were never proactive to resolve. They just simply sent letters requesting them to reconsider. Everything that went wrong was our fault. Finally after 1.5 years of IRS issues and letters and fines, we drove down to Denver to resolve the issue. Rod Ermel wouldn't pay for the fees (thousands) or take accountability. The staff at this firm were the accountants for one of the businesses that I run until they fired my business for…I’m not sure. I was never provided any documentation or reason. I found out through the grapevine even though I’m the main point of contact and the Participating Member of my LLC. In my opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever dealt with in my career.
