Long story short I was here for a recall. Dealer said it was take 8hrs. They gave me a loaner to use. 8 hrs turned into 6months with the recall still not fix. They said they made all the repairs I have to call customer service to get an active account for a subscription. Call them and they told me my truck is still not fixed and to take it back to dealership. Dealership refused and told me to call back to corporate to get this fix. Brought my car in for a warranty repair. Fix was completed same day. Was able to schedule the service online. Staff were friendly and the facility was clean. Will be my new place to bring my Ford in for service.
