Not too bad of a community but no one answers the phone. No one calls you back no management on site. I just want to buy a trailer that needs to be fixed up, but I can’t get no answer. I’ve left messages still waiting. and on a sidenote, if you need a manager, I am available over 40 years in the construction field and management

I currently live in this community and can say absolutely nothing good about the ownership or the management. They lie They don't take care of the property. I'm driving to your home is like driving through a minefield of potholes. The new ownership won't discuss anything with the residents about future plans for improvements or the fact that they'll improve anything, they are basically slum. Lords
