Roc's Maintenance & Repair operates one of the most suspect business dealings I have encountered. As a commercial camp, we have utilized many repair and maintenance companies, but never with such an unconventional, exploitative business model. They invoiced a bill of just under $400 USD for evening submitting an estimate. Their "diagnosis" was simply that they weren't interested in fixing it, but had no problem invoicing our Camp for nearly $400. Jamie Walden: Since you mentioned having utilized many repair and maintenance companies for your commercial camp, why did you call us? Why not those other folks? We showed up on time and diagnosed your range-- It's a very old unsupported piece of equipment from Garland. No model or serial number. We were given symptoms of 1) not firing, 2) pilot issues, 3) oven fickle and being contrary. We took pics and came to shop and researched and called factory techs about this range.
