Sage Perla is the G.O.A.T. She helped me with everything I needed to secure a job I was interested in, if it wasn’t for ROCS I dont think I wouldn’t been able to secure it. These folks really care and only want to help better you as a human. Happy to be in an environment where i’m valued.
There have been several complaints with this company towards POC applicants. A young lady has noted that she has been with ROCS for several months whom has a BA & MBA degree with a great background, from 2 HBCUs, yet the Recruiters have not positioned her with any job opportunities. Another applicant claimed that they could not move her forward because it was difficult to understand her through her accent. The active communication and support has made the entire process from the interview, to the first day of work very smooth and enjoyable. Rocs has been very thorough with everything and I’ve appreciated the periodic check ins to help with anything i may need. Their positive attitude and excitement towards potential employees is definitely appreciated.
