Love this salon 🤍 Alicia is incredibly kind and very professional at what she does. She always listens carefully to what I want and somehow makes it turn out even better than I imagined. I took my daughter to Rococo’s Salon for a hair cut. With her curly hair, I was worried that she would not get the style she wanted. Not only did Alicia give her EXACTLY what she wanted, my daughter now refuses to go anywhere else! Today we went in to get her hair colored. This was her very first time getting color. The ladies went above and beyond with helping my daughter understand what style would look best on her, how to maintain her color, and informed her of the entire process set by step. i would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone at all. Save your MONEY AND TIME. i was in the salon for a full 8 HOURS. THEY DID NOT give me what i asked for and still charged me full price. i wasn’t going to leave a bad review but everyone that saw my hair said it was not worth the price they made me pay. i asked for blonde or to at least have my hair A lighter COLOR and i left with dark brown with a few blonde streaks for $325 and $55 of that was for the haircut ?? which they cut super short after i told them i wanted to keep ... read more
I was thinking to go to this salon, but after reading some of the reviews I decided, No Thank You! By reading the reviews I can tell these employees don’t have any respect for there clients, too sad I will not go to this Rococo Salon ever! He dicho! 😠
