i would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone at all. Save your MONEY AND TIME. i was in the salon for a full 8 HOURS. THEY DID NOT give me what i asked for and still charged me full price. i wasn’t going to leave a bad review but everyone that saw my hair said it was not worth the price they made me pay. i asked for blonde or to at least have my hair A lighter COLOR and i left with dark brown with a few blonde streaks for $325 and $55 of that was for the haircut ?? which they cut super short after i told them i wanted to keep ... read more
I was thinking to go to this salon, but after reading some of the reviews I decided, No Thank You! By reading the reviews I can tell these employees don’t have any respect for there clients, too sad I will not go to this Rococo Salon ever! He dicho! 😠
Alicia always saves my hair! i’ve tried different salons and Rococo is the only one that satisfies my wants and needs with my hair (i am very picky). She is a great hairstylist, very skilled and quick.
Alicia is a very kind woman. She did a wonderful job with my make up application and hair style. I asked for a natural look with waves in my hair. I was extremely happy when she turned the chair around to show her magic. She made this 52 year old look younger! Thanks Alicia!
I requested an A-Line haircut. I asked Alicia Sanchez if she was comfortable with that haircut. She nodded, so I trusted her acknowledgment. I wish I hadn't. I had to end the haircut. She was no longer executing a haircut, she was cutting more and more hair in futility. She kept making more mistakes in the pursuit of correcting her prior mistakes.
