Building our new home with Rococo on our acreage, nothing but positive things to say about Rick & his team. Kath has also been a big part in making this happen. Would recommend to anyone looking to build.
We have been extremely happy with our new home. When building a home there are always little things that need to be fixed or adjusted but Rick and his team have always responded and quickly address them. We would definitely build with Rococo again!

Nothing but issues in this house. Ice buildup on our window platforms. Sinking bathroom vanity, dropped kitchen sink, window seals cracking, play in the flooring. Warped door and ceiling trimmings. Garage door howls when it’s windy. This company does nothing but make excuses and says its lack of ownership maintenance. House is only a few years old. Stay away from these builders. Quality is garbage.
