Beautiful flowers - these guys went out of their way to deliver exactly what I wanted, beautifully styled. Extra points for recreating a little family emblem in the hand-written card. Can't fault the flowers, the presentation or the service. All just perfect, thank you for making my daughter's birthday special x

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Rococo Flowers. I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on her 60th birthday. When I didn't here back from her I decided to phone the florist the next day to be told the flowers were sitting on the counter and hadn't been delivered on the day. There was no phone call made to me to tell me. The owner told me there was a mix up! He did offer to deliver them a day late, and said he would add a few more flowers for the mix up. Needed flowers for a friend in hospital and Maddie was so helpful. Flowers are beautiful and delivered by mid-afternoon (I put my order in at 10am on the same day). I also found the price really reasonable for same day service and such a large bunch. Made me happy to support a local business and the quality and service was awesome.
