Great place to work out.
I’ve been working out at Roco Fitness for years now. I appreciate the focus it provides for a serious workout. Unlike some gyms, Roco doesn’t have distracting TVs blaring political content, so I can concentrate fully on my workout. The atmosphere is laid-back; people are respectful and only engage in conversation if it’s mutual. A great "no nonsense" gym, with just about everything you need. There are many spots for loose weights. The owners are great, and most everyone who is a member here, is friendly and will help you out if you need it. I highly recommend this gym.
